Transitioning Your Practice
We know that switching to an EMR is no small undertaking for a practice, so we try
to make the transition as smooth as possible. From the initial site survey, your
practice will be live with IntelleCHART in as little as eight weeks. Your practice
will start seeing return on investment faster with IntelleCHART than with any other
product on the market.
Week 1: Site Survey
During a site survey, our representative will tour your practice to match our installation
prerequisites with your existing structure. We will inventory your existing network
to determine the best approach for the install, and we will determine what new hardware
will be needed for your practice. Equipment orders will be placed following the
site survey and approval.
Week 4-5: Installation & Setup
The week of installation our staff will setup the server and laptops on your network
and install any other necessary hardware and software. A system check will be performed
to ensure your system is configured correctly and ready for training.
Week 5-8: Training & “Go Live”
Before our staff arrives for onsite training, we will walk you through how to change
some practice-specific data as well as give you a brief overview of system features.
Our team will arrive for live training and will stay with you when you “Go Live.”
We will offer you advice on your ideal patient load to ensure the transition isn't
overwhelming.
